Do we have to pay for anything once we’re inside?

For the one-off ticket prices, children can go on as many inflatables and activities as they wish as many times as they like, depending on the queues. What’s not included is food, drink, and any shopping you wish to do; such as the mini market or purchasing small toys or items some of the stall holders have on sale. Face Painting is also an additional charge. You are allowed to bring picnics with you.

Does the event cater for children with disabilities & mobility requirements?

We aim to make the day as inclusive as we can, but there will be some aspects of the day that may not be accessible to all such as the inflatables, and some sporting activities. We have tried to provide as much all-inclusive and sensory fun as possible, which includes small animal petting, arts & crafts, pony grooming, painting, story tent, small sensory tent, chill out tent, children’s workshops, the Horsham’s Got Talent show to watch and the whole festival disco at the end. The grounds are flat, but the area is on grass (cricket pitch) There are disabled toilet facilities in the arena and also a disabled WC in the HSC Clubhouse plus a lower ground internal changing facility in the clubhouse with a hoist supplied by The Springboard Project. Blue Badge parking is available.

Do we need to order a ticket for our children who are under 3 years of age?

Yes please– there is a special ticket for U3s – you will not be charged for this. It’s just so we can see how many people will be coming. If you buy tickets from the club office or bar then we will make a note of your name and the number of U3s you are bringing to the event.

Can I buy tickets over the phone?

No, but if you don’t want to buy them online then you can purchase them in person from the club itself. (Day/evening or weekends)

Will we be able to purchase tickets on the gate?

If we have not yet reached our capacity, then tickets will be available on the door, but pre-booking is essential to guarantee entry and to avoid disappointment. Tickets will be priced at £10 adults and £22 children on the gate.

Can my tickets be refunded if I am unable to attend on the day?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable but if you find you are unable to attend you can pass your ticket onto a friend or relative. If the lead booker is no longer attending and / or your friend of relative will be arriving at a different time please email to ensure we can find the booking easily on the gate.
